Councillor Stuart Dark - Non Pecuniary - Declared an interest in the Guildhall and Creative Hub as Members of the Town Deal Board. The Deputy Monitoring Officer confirmed this did not present a conflict and they could participate in the debate and vote on the matter.

Members with an interest were advised to declare their interest, but would not have to leave the room during consideration of the item and they could contribute to the debate and vote on the matter.
