• Councillor Jo Rust - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Rust declared an interest in the West Norfolk Rugby Club item as she had attended events there.
• Councillor Michael de Whalley - Non Pecuniary - Councillor de Whalley declared an interest in the Hudson Fen Leisure Ltd, Grimston application. He had assisted in preparing the application. He spoke but did not vote on the matter.
• Councillor Simon Ring - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Ring declared an interest in the West Norfolk Rugby Club item as a member of the club.
• Councillor Terry Parish - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Parish declared an interest in the Heacham application.
