• Councillor Alexandra Kemp - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Kemp declared that she was a County Councillor and stated she had been involved in stopping the incinerator.
• Councillor Brian Long - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Long declared that he was a County Councillor and Vice-Chair of Norfolk County Council Planning Committee.
• Councillor Harry Humphrey - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Humphrey declared an interest as a County Councillor.
• Councillor Stuart Dark - - Councillor Dark declared that he had previous involvement in the silica sand project and lef a successful campaign on behalf of several parishes which got 3400 acres of Area of Search removed. Councillor Dark declared that he was a County Councillor.
