AGREED: That if officers are minded to approve, then the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.  If officers are minded to refuse, then the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

AGREED: The application was withdrawn from the agenda due to the threat of a refusal.
