Minutes:

(i)             26/00556/O: Outline Planning permission for 4 self-build dwellings at The Anchorage 8 Common Road Snettisham King's Lynn Norfolk PE31 7PE

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

(ii)            25/01801/FM: Full planning approval for the erection of 114 dwellings with associated open space and infrastructure with vehicular access proposed from Lynn Road and an emergency vehicular access to Cinnamon Road at Land S of 22 Bridle Lane Downham Market Norfolk

AGREED: That the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.

(iii)          26/00586/F: Full planning application for proposed 2-storey self-build dwelling and detached garage at Manor Lodge 40 Small Lode Upwell Wisbech Norfolk PE14 9BE

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

AGREED: That the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.
