To consider whether applications be determined under delegated powers or by the Planning Committee

Minutes:

(i)               25/02010/CU: Retention and continued use of existing workshops at The Workshop at 159 Fitton Road, Wiggenhall St Germans

 

AGREED: That the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.

 

(ii)             26/00143/F: Change of use of an existing timber-framed caravan to a small one-bedroom holiday let at Mirries Garden, 5 Westgate St, Shouldham

 

Councillor Moriarty advised he would not be voting on the item.

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(iii)           25/02091/F: Change of use of the building from a cattery to a cattery with associated residential unit at Country Retreat Boarding Cattery, Hockwold cum Wilton

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(iv)           26/00449/F: Construction of Self-Build Dwelling at Land Adjacent to 47 Main Road, Brookville

 

Councillor Spikings advised she would be abstaining on the item.

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(v)             26/00399/F: Proposed block of flats following demolition of existing buildings on site at 1-3 Howdale Road, Downham Market

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(vi)           26/00391/F: Retrospective: A full planning application for retention of the existing dwelling and detached garage (without the agricultural occupancy condition 05 or reference to agriculture in the description attached to DM6156) at Wretton Fruit Farm, West Dereham Road, Wretton

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(vii)         26/00303/F: Change of use from Class C3 to Church meeting room (Class F.1f) at Snaresbrook, 2 Brow of the Hill, Leziate

 

This application no longer needed to be considered at the Panel meeting as the Parish Council removed their objection.

 

(viii)        26/00376/O: OUTLINE APPLICATION WITH SOME MATTERS RESERVED FOR: Proposed New Dwellings at Land at The Wroe, Emneth

 

Councillor Spikings advised she would be abstaining on the item.
