AGREED: That the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.
(ii) 26/00106/F: Variation of condition 3 and 4 of planning permission 22/01610/F so that the diversions from Anglian Water and Openreach can be undertaken without the information required to satisfy the conditions being provided. AGREED: The Panel noted that Highways had withdrawn their objection earlier that morning and agreed that the application should proceed under the Planning Scheme of Delegation.
