AGREED: If Anglian Water are minded to raise no objection, then the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.  If Anglian Water are minded to object, then the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

(iii)         25/00996/O: Outline permission for 5 self-build/custom build plots (all matters reserved apart from access) at Land West of 21 Narborough Road, Pentney
