To consider whether applications be determined under delegated powers or by the Planning Committee

Minutes:

(i)            20/01675/RM – Land Between 91 and 93 Ryston End, Downham Market:  Construction of one dwelling

 

It was advised that in relation to the views of the Town Council the application no longer needed to be considered by the Sifting Panel.

 

(ii)          20/01909/F – Cheney Hollow, 3 Cheney Hill, Heacham:  Variation of conditions 2 and 3 of 18/00369/F (construction of two detached dwellings)

 

AGREED:  That the application be determined in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(iii)         20/02130/F – The Old Rectory, 3 Churchgate Street, Southery:  Construction of one dwelling

 

AGREED:That the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.

 

(iv)         21/00057/F – Land S of 43 and 45 The Broadway Heacham:  Retention of twin unit caravan

 

AGREED:That the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.

 

(v)          19/02062/F  - Flint House Barn, Flint House Rd, Lott's Bridge, Three Holes, PE14 9JN Retrospective change of use agricultural to garden and erection of storage outbuilding to store garden machinery

 

AGREED:  That the application be determined in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.
