To consider whether applications be determined under delegated powers or by the Planning Committee Minutes: (i) 20/00286/F New dwelling and outbuildings at 1 Ryalla Drift, South Wootton
AGREED: That the application be determined in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.
(ii) 20/00156/F Variation of conditions 1,2,8,9 & 12 of planning permission 16/00387/F: New drawings to reflect altered positioning of garage (amended scheme) at adjacent Orange Tree Public House, High Street, Thornham
AGREED: That the application be determined in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.
(iii) 20/00129/F New classroom to replace existing classroom at Nelson Academy, Downham Market
AGREED: That the application be determined in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.
(iv) 20/00095/CU Retrospective application to cover the inclusion of 2.5m added strip of garden to the rear of four pairs of semi-detached houses (now 11m deep opposed to 8.5m) at rear of 67A – 67H Sutton Road, Walpole Cross Keys
AGREED: That the application be determined by the Planning Committee if the officers view was contrary to the views of the Parish Council.
(v) 19/01809/F Variation of condition to change the window details previously approved from timber to aluminium at Mulberry House, 61 Globe Street, Methwold
AGREED: That the application be determined in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.
(vi) 20/00268/F Retrospective application to retain carport as built at 6 Greenwich Close, Downham Market
AGREED: That the application be determined in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.
