To consider whether applications be determined under delegated powers or by the Planning Committee

Minutes:

(i)         19/01756/F

            Variation of condition 14 of Planning Permission 16/01747/O: Outline application some matters reserved: Erection of 5 detached dwellings at

            land East of Marham Road Fincham Norfolk PE33 9ES

 

AGREED:       That the application be determined in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.  The Parish Council to be advised that their comments would be taken into account when the reserved matters application was considered.

 

(ii)        20/00136/F

            Alterations to an existing play area to the rear of Gin Trap Inn at The Gin Trap 6 High Street Ringstead Hunstanton Norfolk PE36 5JU

 

AGREED:       That the application be determined by the Planning Committee, however if the Parish Council withdrew their objection then the application could be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(iii)       18/01733/F

            Application for 1 no. mobile home for residential use and to regularise            the planning status of the site to accord with site license requirements      at The             Stables Gooses Lane Marshland St James Norfolk

 

AGREED:       That the application be determined by the Planning Committee.  However if the HSE objection could be resolved, then the application could be dealt with under the Planning Scheme of Delegation.
