The Senior Planner presented the application.

 

The Chair invited questions and comments from the Sub-Group.

 

The Chair commented she had spoken to the local member and confirmed there was no objection from the local member.

 

Councillor Jones expressed his support for the application and commented this would add to reaching the 2030 targets and anaerobic treatment was a better way of dealing with waste.

 

RESOLVED:  The King’s Lynn Area Committee Planning Sub-Group had no objections to the application.

The Senior Planner presented the application.

 

The Chair invited questions and comments from the Sub-Group.

 

Councillor Jones suggested the houses and drives be rotated for access from Lawerence Road to provide safer access and reduce traffic on St Edmundsbury Road. He added residents have requested a play area be included in the planning application as this would benefit the community.

 

Councillor Ware concurred with Councillor Jones comments and highlighted there would be a risk for residents during peak times. She added she understood the need for more houses.

 

RESOLVED:  The King’s Lynn Area Committee Planning Sub-Group objected to the application.
