Councillor de Whalley was appointed Vice Chair of the Session.

This item was deferred.

Portfolio Holder Question and Answer Session

Any questions should be forwarded to the Democratic Services Officer in advance of the meeting.

Minutes:

Councillor Bubb asked Councillor Kunes about sponsorship for a recycling competition which was being considered by the Single Use Plastics Informal Working Group.  Councillor Kunes agreed to discuss this with Councillor Bubb outside of the briefing session.
