1.	Apologies for Absence To receive any apologies for absence. Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Bubb and Wilkinson.
2.	Items of Urgent Business To determine any other items of business which the Chair decides should be considered as a matter of urgency pursuant to Section 100B(4)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972. Minutes: There were no items of urgent business.
