Exclusion of the Press and Public To consider passing the following resolution:

Review of an existing Combined Driver's Licence Minutes: The Chair welcomed everyone to the Hearing and stated that the purpose of the reconvened Hearing was to review an existing Combined Driver’s Licence. He introduced the Panel Members, Officers and Legal Advisor.
The Licence Holder was not present at the Hearing, but had sent a representative and the Licence Holder had indicated in advance of the Hearing that the Hearing could proceed in their absence.

Procedure for Determining Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Licence applications and Disciplinary Hearings Minutes: The Legal Advisor outlined the procedure which would be followed at the Hearing. |
