To ensure that the Council obtains best value for the grants that it administers for aids and adaptions work for elderly and vulnerable people and to ensure compliance with procurement regulations.

Councillor Rust introduced the Framework Agreement for Care and Repair Grant Work
The Assistant Director for Health, Wellbeing and Public Protection and the Care and Repair Manager provided further details on the report.
Cabinet Members and Members present under Standing Order 34 asked questions and Officers responded accordingly.
