CHAIRMAN'S CORRESPONDENCE
To receive any Chairman’s correspondence.
Decision:
The Chairman had received correspondence from Roydon Parish Council regarding the proposed submission to the Boundary Commission, which would see Roydon become part of South Wootton Ward instead of the current arrangement. Roydon Parish Council strongly objected to this proposals. The Chairman therefore thanked Roydon Parish Council for their correspondence and invited the Parish Council to send the same representation to the Boundary Commission direct.
