- Councillor Alan Holmes - - Councillor Holmes declared an interest in item 8/2(a) and addressed the Committee in accordance with Standing Order 34.
- Councillor Francis Bone - - In relation to items 8/3(a) and 8/3(b), Councillor Bone declared that he had previously worked for Purfleet Trust in 2018 and 2019, but he had not visited the sites since.

- Councillor Don Tyler - - Councillor knew the former Councillor Tony White, who was the applicant in item 8/1(b).
