- Councillor Brian Long - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Long declared that he was a Member of Norfolk County Council.
- Councillor Martin Storey - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Storey declared he was a Member of Norfolk County Council.

- Councillor Jo Rust - Non Pecuniary - In relation to item 10/2(j), Councillor Rust declared that she knew someone working for the application, but could act in a fair, objective and open manner.

- Councillor Chris Crofts - - In relation to item 9/3(b) - Outwell, Councillor Crofts declared an interest and would take no part in the debate. He addressed the Committee under Standing Order 34.
- Councillor Mrs Vivienne Spikings - - Councillor Mrs Spikings declared an interest in applications 9/3(b) - Outwell and 9/3(d) - Upwell and took no part in the debate.

- Councillor Thomas Barclay - Pecuniary - Councillor Barclay declared that he was the applicant relating to item 9/2(f). He left the meeting during the consideration of the item and addressed the Committee as a public speaker.
