• Councillor Brian Long - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Long declared he was the Chair of the Norfolk Rail Group in relation to item 9/1(a).
• Councillor Michael de Whalley - Non Pecuniary - Councillor de Whalley declared an interest in item 9/1(a). He explained that he was the Chair of Congham Parish Council but had not taken part in any consideration of the application.
