AGREED: That delegated authority be delegated to the Chair to agree that a) if the Parish Council provide clarity and relevant planning reasons if be submitted to the Planning Committee for consideration, if not, b) the decision be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

AGREED: That the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.

Mixed use agricultural grazing land and private dog training
AGREED: That if agreement cannot be reached on the compliance with proposed conditions on the site, the application be dealt with through the Planning Scheme of delegation.

AGREED: That the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination, the application also having been called in by the local member.
