The case officer presented the application to the Sub-Group. She advised that the hedge would be retained.
Conclusion:
The Planning Sub-Group had no objection to the application.

The case officer presented the application to the Sub-Group.
The Chair referred to an objection to the application regarding archaeological work in relation to the remains of a Church. The case officer advised that this would be subject to a pre-commencement condition which would require details to be considered before work commenced on site.
Conclusion:
The Planning Sub-Group had no objection to the application.

As Councillor Jones declared an interest in this application as he was the Council’s appointed representative on the Alive Board of Directors, the meeting became inquorate.
It was advised that there was still time for the Sub-Group to consider the application before the expiry date of the application if it were to be deferred to the next meeting.
Conclusion
That the application be brought back to the next meeting of the Sub-Group
