Exclusion of the Press and Public To consider passing the following resolution:

Review of Combined Drivers Licence Minutes: The Chairman welcomed everyone to the Hearing and stated that the purpose of the Hearing was to consider an application for a combined driver licence. He introduced the Panel Members, Officers and Legal Advisor.

Procedure for Determining Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Licence applications and Disciplinary Hearings Minutes: The Legal Advisor outlined the procedure which would be followed at the Hearing. |

Report of the Licensing Officer Minutes: At the request of the Chairman, the Senior Licensing Officer presented her report. She explained that the report was for Members of the Panel to consider whether the applicant was a fit and proper person to hold a combined drivers licence as a result of him having accrued 9 points on his DVLA driving licence.
There were no questions from the Licence Holder, his representative or the Panel. |
