Minutes:

(i)               25/00575/F: Proposed new access road to residential dwelling at Crabbs Abbey, Stow Bridge

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(ii)             25/00730/F: Proposed new single storey dwelling at Pal Mar, Chapel Lane, Emneth

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(iii)           25/00525/O: OUTLINE APPLICATION AND SELF BUILD: 3 self-build/custom detached houses at 155 Bexwell Road, Downham Market

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(iv)           23/02302/FM: The construction and installation of a Battery Storage Facility, associated infrastructure, landscaping, fencing, site access road, and biodiversity enhancements at Land at Burrettgate Road, Walsoken

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(v)             25/00683/OM: Outline planning application: For up to 39 dwellings, open space, landscaping, drainage, and associated infrastructure works at Land South of The Street, Marham

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(vi)           25/00562/F: Retrospective application for a freestanding gazebo, for the use as a covered outdoor eating and drinking area for patrons of the pub, and the retention of timber storage shed for general storage at The White Horse, 40 Kirkgate, Holme Next The Sea

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(vii)         25/00846/F: Self-build replacement dwelling at Megget, Ploughmans Piece, Thornham

 

It was agreed to defer this application to the next Sifting Panel meeting to further consider the appeal decision.
