To consider whether applications be determined under delegated powers or by the Planning Committee

Minutes:

(i)            25/00563/F: Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 4 2-storey dwellings at The Willows, Middle Drove, Marshland St James

 

This application was placed on the Agenda in anticipation of receiving the Parish Council’s comments within the required 21 day re-consultation period.  However, as they were not received within this period, in accordance with the Scheme of Delegation, it was subsequently withdrawn from the Agenda.

 

(ii)          25/00576/O: Outline application with some matters reserved for proposed residential development for up to 3no. dwellings at Land Due N of New Bungalow, Bambers Lane, Emneth

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(iii)         25/00646/F: Single storey rear extension to existing bungalow, rendering to external walls of existing bungalow, construction of new garage and new vehicular access at 126 Bexwell Road, Downham Market

 

This application was withdrawn from the Agenda as the Town Council removed their objection.

 

(iv)         25/00421/F: SELF BUILD: Erection of 2 semi-detached houses at Land West of The Bricklands, Downham Market

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(v)          25/00601/F: SELF BUILD: 2 dwellings at Land near 135-147 The Drove, Barroway Drove

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(vi)         25/00674/F: Construction of one self-build single storey dwelling and garage at 126 Bexwell Road, Downham Market

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(vii)        25/00720/F: Demolition of No 12’s garage for the erection of a self-build bungalow at 12 The Avenue, Brookville

 

AGREED: That the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.

 

(viii)      25/00060/O: Outline application up to 9 self-build dwellings at Land N of 4 Walton Road, Marshland St James

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

 

(ix)         24/01373/FM: Proposed residential development of 16 dwellings at Formerly Harpley Court, St Lawrence Close, Harpley

 

AGREED: That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.
