Councillor Blunt declared that he knew the owner of the site.

 

AGREED:     That the application be dealt with in accordance with the Planning Scheme of Delegation.

AGREED:     That the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.

AGREED:     That the application be referred to the Planning Committee for determination.

Land at Elm High Road, Emneth:  Outline Application for demolition of existing warehouse/showroom and construction of residential development of up to 16 plots

 

AGREED:          That, as only a very small part of the site falls within the area of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk Borough Council, determination of the application be delegated to Fenland District Council subject to consultation responses being provided to FDC, especially on highways and contamination.
